We are an engineering company that was founded in 2006 with the aim of offering integral solutions to the industry. With more than 20 years of experience in the sector, we offer our services to leading companies from different sectors, ranging from the pharmaceutical industry to the automotive industry, through other industries such as food and electronics.
Based on mechanics, we carry out all kinds of turnkey projects with the manufacture and installation of the same. Our projects range from manual control tools to automatic machines and modifications of production lines. We also have expertise in low pressure molding (LPM), a technique for encapsulating and sealing electronic components and circuits.
We develop our activity in facilities of more than 500m2 located in Mollet del Vallès, 20km from Barcelona. In these facilities are the technical, assembly, quality and production departments LPM, which have a human team of 10 professionals. We also have a 600m2 workshop in La Llagosta (3km from Mollet del Vallès) where the mechanical production department is located. There we manufacture the vast majority of components and parts developed by Smartech, with a team of 8 professionals and a complete machine park that has 2 CNC milling machines, lathes, grinding machines, EDM and other equipment.
Our services include:
- Gages: Design and manufacture of gages for the automotive industry.
- Automatic gages: Design and manufacture of automatic stations for 100% production control.
- Prototypes: Based on our large experience with the main production technologies like CNC machined, EDM, Laser, stamping and injection technologies, we make all kinds of prototype parts or small series.
- Low pressure molding (LPM): The experience of Smartech in the field of LPM began in 2008 and since then our participation has grown continuously. Smartech offers integral solutions or a measure for the LPM.
